Article 135 of the Baremo allows whiplash claims. I note you have now changed to 'no permanent injury' in the US.

In NZ you claim for damages for whiplash. Yes the state pays but it is still a claim. The government is so nice I can really see that working in England and Wales - can't you?

I suspect you also believe whiplash as an injury does not exist. Funnily enough my wife and I were in a camper van (a big solid vehicle natch) that was rear-ended. I was perfectly fine but my wife was half-crippled from neck pain and still has symptoms 9 years on. If she tried to lie her head would explode but obviously she's making it up.
