Secondly, you're criticizing the qualifications for case handlers at Minster, when the ones I've come up against have been graduates looking for experience and a training contract. I'd be interested to know where you've got your research from, or whether you've just made it up and gone off on one with an elevated position of self-importance. Please confirm.
