No high horse here just amazed at the low level of competency shown when submitting legal documentation by a large number of staff employed at these firms. To be honest the smaller the firm the better the staff, these factory farm companies produce a constant poor standard of work and when questioned directly about it they blame "outsourced" companies for virtually all mistakes.
These staff are not there to be lawyers or solicitors in training they are simply admin staff getting paid peanuts, I know numerous people who work (or have worked) at these factories.
Most of these PI cases do not require legal assistance and never did.
