Anon 09:42 I worked for Minster for over 3.5 years over two spells there (once as a locum and once as a permanent member of staff). I cannot obviously give exact percentages. However, in the Complex Claims teams for instance, there is a high percentage of legally qualified fee earners and some of the supporting staff are also legally qualified. Many of the staff, quite a high percentage of fee earners across the business have LPC qualifications. A high number of those that do not have a number of years litigation experience. It is true that some of the lower value portal claims may be dealt with by more junior fee earners but there are a number of referral points for junior colleagues to discuss cases with senior more qualified/experienced members of staff. Its by no means perfect and as Anon 10.29 points out, it is very management driven, with MI being important and spreadsheets being king. But that's the modern way
