I think much of the reason there is a lowering of contract notices being given is because there are firms dropping out like flies. When you have advice deserts, and there are no firms left to pressurise, they wont have anyone to give any notices to.

I know we have simply stopped doing legal helps to solve the problem of the audits!! No more audits, no more notices and clawbacks for tiny bits of money.

But no more clients getting the help at the lower end of the financial scale either!! What a way to kill legal aid.
