Recently an LAA manager attempted to raise a contract notice all about a half mile discrepancy on one claim. The princely sum of 20p. I kid you not. There are lots of other examples. Consistency is not tricky at all. These people are being told what to do by senior management. A de facto zero tolerance policy is in evidence and it's disappointing that the LAA management seem to be trying to distance themselves from the consequences of their own policies.
