Can't speak to anyone over the telephone; lost court files; waiting months for hearings; hearings adjourned on the day of hearing due to lack of judges but not being told about adjournment etc etc etc"

So not that much different from most other County Courts, then.

You could also add to that list, when you do eventually manage to get in front of Judge, members of the judiciary who expect you to bring to court a paper copy of any statute you rely upon, because they can't be bothered or don't know how to look it up ...
