On the issue of typos, those of us who use systems such as Dragon Dictate, will know how careful you have to be in checking the finished item.

I noted recently that one particular firm in the North-East has a note on the bottom of its emails in the following terms: "Please note that this email has been dictated using voice activated software and therefore may contain some small errors."

I use it myself, and there are certain words and phrases that, whether in consequence of my accent or quality of dictation I know not, it simply will not interpret correctly. For example if I dictate SDLT, it types bestiality.

I do recall in my early years in practice one particular horror typed by a temporary secretary, to be fair to her with no legal experience whatsoever. In a Statement of Claim, instead of the heading "Particulars of Negligence" she typed "Particles of Rogligence".
