Can I just ask a series of speculative questions here?

Are we sure this is a racial problem?
Or is it not a class problem instead?
Aren't poor working class people more likely to find themselves in our criminal courts and in prison than their middle or upper class fellow citizens?
Are not the ethnic minorities in this country predominantly poor and working class?
I think these ideas need to be explored further.
