Just to add that the beauty of all this is is that it is the same insurers who complain about the number of claims/costs will gladly 'sell' their insured's details to their panel firm in the event of an accident.

Obviously, an insurer wouldn't divulge numbers but if you look at the the biggest claimant firms out there you can guess where most of the claims originate.
