I believe snowflake is the term used for people that are overly sensitive.

I have been in front of two Judges in Birmingham that are renowned for being rude and aggressive. On one occasion one of the Judges threw a copy of the JC Guidelines across the table at me during an application hearing. It did not bother me at all. I think it reflects poorly on the Judge as they think they have a right to act that way towards people and they are full of their own self importance.

Every time a Judge has been rude or aggressive I just shrug it off and feel sorry for the Judge as I wonder how bad their life must be or how much they were possibly bullied in early life to treat professionals in that way.
