@ 11:43 whilst the vast majority of your comment is sensible I think the accusation of misogyny is unhelpful.

The commentator @ 11:31 was being ridiculous but to accuse them of misogyny is to instantly infer that the commentator was male and that the criticism was solely of women being overly sensitive.

Whilst the Barrister who has raised this issue was female, her complaint was completely gender neutral; to suggest otherwise is to imply that she does not believe junior male Barristers will be facing the same troubles and crises of confidence.

Equally the commentator @ 11:31 could just as easily be a hard-nosed female Barrister (we know the type) who is just as capable of talking nonsense as any male in the profession.
