At first thought this looks like a pretty good idea. But, and this is an important 'but' because you are not supposed to be told off, if you are then clearly you are not doing your job properly. Buck up and you will be fine.

Bullying is wrong clearly but you simply cannot get on with everyone. If you dont get on tough. Do you job and get out, but do your job properly.
