My firm has offered at the hands of DJs who have refused to make orders in line with Nick Mortyn's omnibus - in particular this issue of ordering indemnities. Even when presented with the Working Party's report the view of the DJs was that they disagree with the report's conclusions and reasoning, and a report was not binding.

Well it is now, though how handy is it to be able to validate your own report's conclusions with your very own judgment?
