Many years ago whilst at University, our Wills, Trusts, Probate lecturer proposed delivering thousands of “do it yourself” Will forms through the letter boxes of the local city. He reckoned that the local lawyers would live off the ensuing litigation for years to come.

This could well be a game changer in the same vein, providing litigation opportunities for a long time, “my computer didn’t tell me it was a leasehold and the ground rent increased by 100% every 10 years”
