Funny to read all the people involved in the particular field quoting the very worse case scenario's to prove worth.
It reminds me of all the people who thought that low value motor claims could only be completed by lawyers or solicitors as they were all complex and who now accept these claims are done by admin staff and with a few large insurers using a computer claims system to deal with them
