Insofar as the lad was found to have done nothing dishonest, he is only guilty of robustly representing his clients by exploiting gaps or loopholes in the law. Isnt that what a lawyer is supposed to do?

If the Home Ofc is too dumb or lazy to fix the problem, why should the blame fall upon the solicitor?
