The SDT has made the correct ruling. SRA fairly investigates all matters using highly qualified case workers.
You cannot criticise the sentence, the punishment in this case is the correct one.
All lawyers have a duty to the court, lawyers must uphold that duty and conduct litigation with integrity.
I agree that at times in some cases, a sentence of such severity should be in place to act as a deterrent.
The law in this country allows Mr Vay Sui Ip to appeal if he doesn't like the outcome.
SDT and SRA discharged their duties and obligations impeccably.
An attack and abuse of the immigration system should not be treated lightly.
This was a very serious matter and dealt with accordingly.
Let's not forget several senior High Court Judges, who by the way are all independent referred this matter to the SRA.
Please let's not undermine public confidence by posting comments that are clearly made by someone with a personal agenda.
