How far could they go with this ? How long for example before repeated viewing of films such as Olympus Has Fallen becomes criminal ? Or perhaps the intention will be that you can view such things once as ligitimate entertainment, but twice or more, or saving sections showing terrorist tactics, strategy, and planning, etc, will generate the knock on the door with the big red key in the dead of night by the Thought Police.
