I am insulted by the Legal Ombudsman and want an apology.

The LeO should not even think of saying anything like ‘I’m sorry you feel this way. It should simply say ‘I’m sorry’ and then to show that it is treating the matter seriously it needs to write just a few quick pages to describe why it is wrong and how heartfelt the words "I'm sorry" really are to the LeO so that I consider the merits of its apology and whether the LeO has fully acknowledged the distress caused.

Once I have indicated that I am satisfied by its apology it then needs to issue publications every day to every person in the world to describe how sorry it is.

How much better the world would be if everyone just said sorry more.
