My complaint to the Ombudsman about conflict of interest from an ABS solicitor firm currently being investigated by the SFO for other matters was met with a four page final decision from the Ombudsman with words such as 'significant' .
What this referred to yes they may have committed a conflict of interest against me but it was discontinued with upon discovery. As such I make a significant different decision to the LeO investigator and fine them £100.
The difference was the investigator chose not to make a penalty known and the discovery of the conflict was made by my Insurer more than 80 days after it began.
So that in my opinion means the Ombudsman is not worth the paper it's name is written upon!
