I am not entirely sure how one can have put the parties on notice to show cause why the petitions should not be dismissed if the addresses provided by Bhatoo were false. Even if a genuine address were known at the time of the petition there is no guarantee that the parties will not have moved subsequently.
An interesting thought that someone who understood they were divorced, and has the Decree Absolute to prove it, may be ignorant of the fact that the divorce has been set aside.
Apart from the question of bigamous second marriages, what about inheritance questions (both in relation to the first (undissolved) and a possible (bigamous)second "marriage")?
Another thought. If there were any orders relating to financial matters or to children than all those will have gone as well.
