Thirty three years have elapsed since that year. This development is clear evidence HM Civil Service are slowly catching up.

George Orwell would be somewhat relieved it's taken so many years to get to where they now are.

But there again he would be alarmed at the continuing degrading of our benighted Criminal Injustice System
