I would also appreciate a simplified system where you could easily just say a person was not entitled to the benefit paid and to quickly receive a calculation of the amount due. There has rightly been a push to get the elderly to claim pension credit, however, sometimes this is misunderstood and claimed incorrectly and surely it is in the DWP's interests to get repayment as soon as possible.
