I heard of a prosecutor who had her Tomee Tipee spoon confiscated, she uses it to eat her lunch. She was told, however, that she could avoid confiscation if she used the back door reserved for magistrates, court staff etc etc.
It is a nonsense dreamt up by an idiot enforced by the poorly paid.
