I was told that managing a matter at the police station on the telephone or even travelling to and from a police station at any time of the day or night does not count towards the 14 hours...but doing the office filing does. I was actually invited into the office to do the admin by one firm to build up the 14 hours. I choose to work part time after 20 years qualification (and 30 years of attending police stations) but must I simply do the filing?
