Report comment

I was interested in the observation in the report that "The tribunal said Dhami’s conduct had been a ‘complete departure’ from the standards expected of a solicitor, and his misconduct had been ‘deliberate, calculated and repeated’." That seems to be a qualification to be a duty solicitor? Shows the level to which the MoJ/LAA has made that part of the profession fall.
