As a genuine claimant, I totally agree with this judgement.
All Dishonest claims whomsoever is found to be the instigator should be struck out and a cost penalty to cover costs should be made against the offending party.
I would however very much emphasise claimants and defendants including insurers of each party who are found to have behaved dishonestly should be dealt an equivalent penalty based on funding ability.
