Use of the title 'Doctor' by anyone other than a practising medical doctor or academic is a pretty reliable indicator of pomposity and an exaggerated sense of self-importance. Ditto writing a 'blog' that has no facility for comments.

The good doctor praises Gunnercooke for embracing price transparency. I searched in vain on their website for any information at all about their fees.
