I think that in all civil litigation there should be a rebuttable presumption that an LiP is in the right and a legally prepresented party is in the wrong so that the latter has to demonstrate beyond all reasonable doubt why judgment shouldn't be entered for the former. That's an appropriate way of redressing the present imbalance between represented and unrepresented parties and ensuring equality of arms. I'm confident that if this happens, civil litigation will become swifter and less complex. So the quicker the Rules are changed to give effect to this, the better it will be.
