Where might I find the rule that gives any person the right within these rules, without court permission to change a child's birth certified name to a name, a child has never been known as?
Courts will enforce rules against litigants in person, whilst the state workers are allowed to do whatever they do, with no consequence whatsoever under the protective umbrella of the state????????????
