Anon@18:03 - if you are to make any useful comment on a judgment, it is not only worth reading, you ought to do so, otherwise you may well end up as the many ill-informed comments below from those who have clearly not bothered (there is a direct link to the judgment in the report).

If you had bothered to read it (hardly onerous, it is about a page in length) you would know that the costs are those incurred in addition to the CMC where the issue was dealt with. You don't know what was claimed as costs, so you can't know whether there was any reduction, never mind a "huge reduction". The costs seem as one might expect for an application dealt with in the course of a CMC.
