I recall this firm opening with fanfare in the local press and wondering what the big story was. I have been in practice for 20 years and oddly enough have handled all of 3 PI claims relating to hair dye / beauty treatments. As previous commentators have noted if that is the market you have chosen to operate in then business failure should not come as a surprise. I equally recall the fanfare when this company merged with another in the south Manchester area. Again I was at a loss as to the oxygen wasted on such a small announcement. Now the business has gone belly up the national legal press make it into a headline. It seems the more trivial or depressing the news, the higher up the media food chain you go!
