But this right does not require a solicitor, it does not require automatic credit hire vehicle, it does not require a bill for physiotherapy that did not take place, it does not require the addition of £75 claim for postage and telephone bills attached to every claim, it does not require cold calling ethics of rogue companies owned by solicitors or family members, it does not require copy and paste medical reports where EVERY claimant normally visited the gym 5 times a week and was restricted in doing so...all of the above have been bought about by the greed of claimant PI companies and that's why the reforms are so badly needed.
