And there you expose the reason why people think the Claimant PI Industry is so corrupt, on one hand you argue that insurers should challenge claims they believe to be fraudulent yet openly enjoy this as it seriously bulks up your profits.
Again its interesting from an insurer point of view reading claimant firms trying to justify their existence, the next few months will see a huge spate of tactics used by claimant firms exposed to the public to really hammer home the fact even the "reputable players" are corrupt and have been for years.
