Anon 13.00 - Aviva knocking things out of the portal and purging their systems is not "challenging fraud". It is bring willfully obtuse and they only hurt themselves when 3 months down the line they receive court proceedings they had no idea were coming because they decided "computer says no".

Nothing is served by rejecting a claim because an unconscious Claimant does not know the name of the hit and run driver.

We are not corrupt or fraudsters because Aviva choose to do something daft and we benefit.

You fully demonstrate exactly why the "Claimant PI Industry" disregards almost everything your lot say. You defend terrible inefficiency as "fighting fraud". No working industry takes 3 months to read its post.

Get a grip and stop drinking the Kool Aid.
