Please advise what you think is wrong with third party capture? TP will offer and provided recommended rehabilitation and offer compensation.
Not every neck sprain requires the upper limit of JCG or anything more complex than rehabilitation, the culture of the claimant PI sector has been one to try and overly complicate things to try and prove their worth but its now pretty obvious that a vast majority of injuries are minor and do not require any legal representation, again the reforms are aimed at a select target it just so happens that some companies only exist to capture that market and milk it dry
