I note that the judge made a big issue of the solicitor signing the CNF. However, it is clear that when the case was transferred to another firm that firm signed the Claim Form on behalf of numerous Claimants. However, the judge made no mention of this in his footnote.

Presumably the new solicitors were aware of the fraud issues when proceedings were issued and yet they were still happy to sign the Claim Forms!
