Savings for who?

Claimants - no savings but they'll lose out as after all they won't know what they can claim for or how much they should receive. I can imagine a new Colossus programmed using favourable data.

Claimant solicitors - no savings but potentially lost revenue and lost jobs with all that entails.

Defendant solicitors - as with claimant solicitors.

Motorists who pay insurance premiums - unlikely as history suggests there are no benefits to us as no savings are passed on.

Court system - maybe as it can lay off lots of staff with a drop off in issued claims. Whether that will off-set the loss in court fees I don't know.

Government - no savings but a loss of CRU recovery and reduced taxes and so on.

Insurance companies - savings galore. They can employ unqualified staff to use a matrix and get rid of experienced staff and retained solicitor firms.
