More madness and money wasting.
I'm all for diversity but apparently no more than 20% of Welsh folks speak the language and yet money is being ploughed into what is called an "ongoing investment programme" to satisy the few, probably for the purposes of political correctness, or more likely to give someone higher up the HMCTS service ladder a job, an indecent salary and something to do with their time.
The service is at breaking point and I'm sure that this money could be better directed elsewhere.
