I don't think I would mind too much about publishing complaints as long as the opportunity to make a retort is available.

For instance "yes we have had 5 complaints this year out of 3000 transactions but dear potential client our client satisfaction survey states that 98% of our clients are satisfied with our service". SRA please take note that when you force a firm to publish information you cannot deny it from trying to publish the real truth.
