Did I just read that wrong? All those surveyed were ‘dissatisfied users of legal services’? Er, is that a representative sample of the public? People who already have a grudge?
The issue with this is the concern that people will see one complaint, however unmerited, and assume the firm is hopeless. Just as if we have to publish price, they will immediately discount the more expensive firm and not consider why the other might be cheaper..
