Market conditions will dictate whether law firms survive with regards to client retention. A dissatisfied client will not return and not recommend. Most small to medium firms rely on repeat business and recommendations. We do not need to publish complaints clients will walk away if we are providing poor service and wow betide the firm that does. The SRA once again are trying to justify their existence.
