It will be Christmas soon and we can then all begin to ponder what the profession would like in the New Year:

1 Legal Aid reinstated
2 Lawyers respected again
3 SRA dismantled
4 A vibrant Rule of Law

I can dream can’t I!

But most of all I want a Law Society showing real leadership, to lead solicitors out of the wilderness.
