With comments like the ones posted today it doesn't seem like the sort of promotion that the CA would want. Do not underestimate them though. Whether you like them or not, they are a pro-active and well connected association.

Personally, I agree with some of what the CA is proposing/doing but not all of it.

I sent in my response to the Call for Evidence yesterday, as did a large number of (individual) Bold Legal Group members. However, the BLG is not a 'trade body' (it provides help, information and support for its members) but it does boast a membership of nearly 700 firms. They don't always agree, but they do work together harmoniously.

All of this (public) in fighting does nobody any good at all.
