It comes back again to lawyers doing a proper job for a proper fee, working with other professionals to provide proper advice and information about the process. Unfortunately, there is no such thing. We have pointless battles between point-scoring lawyers, a dreadful lack of a sense of urgency, and a reluctance to talk to the other advisers involved. Buying costly electronic systems do not add anything meaningful.
