What an absolute load of codswallop of an idea. The Land Registry need to standardise their own practices first and then train all staff to these standards. This may just reduce the amount of requisitions by half as one day John is happy to accept one thing but the next day Joe will raise the same thing as a requisition. This will hardly ensure the league tables proposed are true and fair. Silly idea regardless.
