If people read the documents LR provided they would know that LR are training their staff to ensure the same standards across all offices. If LR have 9,000 requisitions a day that means that around 4,000 titles that people could have spent time registering do not get registered. so if you want to speed up registration times work with LR to reduce requisitions. Also stop and think what requisitions cost you in your time which you will not get paid for. Back of a fag packet it is about £1250 minimum per lawyer in my firm.

That gives you the why it is worth spending some time on this.

As to Ian's comment the buyers solicitor should have checked before sending it in.
