Any plans to publish the errors of HMLR?

How about the one were I'm selling a property whose title refers to missing documents presented upon first registration?

When I asked my little old lady client she tells me she first-registered it herself after her late husband's assent. When she asked HMLR if they wanted anything other than the Root Conveyance they told her not to bother. Surprise surprise, she has the missing document in a pile of papers in her Deeds Box under her bed.

What is the point of drawing up an epitome one wonders.....
