Interesting to see 3 "thumbs down" for my comments at 10:04 below (and 4 for Anon at 22:17 on 2/1/18); does one infer that those people don't care for detail, or don't like an uncomfortable truth, or both (or something else)? I don't claim that my former firm was perfect and never had a requisition, but it's easy to forget that what might be obvious to you as the conveyancer with the benefit of the full picture may not be equally apparent to an unconnected third party (such as HMLR).
